At this time, we do not offer consignment or purchase items from the public. All products in the shop are sourced directly by our team to ensure quality and variety.

Most pieces are pre-owned, but many are gently used or in like-new condition. Some items may still include original tags or packaging. We inspect everything before it’s placed on the sales floor to ensure it meets our quality standards.

All sales are final. Because many items are one-of-a-kind or vintage, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend checking items carefully before purchasing to ensure they’re right for you.

Yes—short holds may be allowed depending on the item, but this is handled case-by-case. Holds cannot be guaranteed without payment. Please call or visit the shop for the quickest assistance.

At this time, we do not offer a layaway program. All items are first-come, first-served.

All purchases must be picked up in-store. For larger items like furniture, we allow same-day or next-day pickups depending on availability. Just speak to our staff and we’ll arrange a time that works.
